Our Leadership
JJTI was founded by Jason Tirpak, a highly accomplished multi-family construction executive with over 20 years of nationwide experience. Beginning his career as an Assistant Superintendent, he advanced through leadership roles including Lead Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President of Construction. Throughout his career, Jason has successfully overseen the delivery of thousands of units, representing more than $1.2 billion in construction costs, while partnering with some of the nation's leading owner-developers. His foundation of strong leadership and communication skills, shaped during his service in the U.S. Military, continues to guide his work and JJTl's commitment to excellence.
